The labor cut is unfair. Hyundai and Kia techs are subject to double or even maybe triple the heavy line repairs as any other manufacturer and now we are being compensated less?? On top of cutting the labor time they constantly make it harder for us to get engines approved well knowing they did not engineer them properly to begin with. Adjust the labor back to what it was and find an easier way to get them approved instead of making us jump through hoops. Value the techs time and effort or soon there will be no more quality techs.

Labor times are slashed the dealers raise their rates and the techs are the Heart and soul of the industry yet we always get the short end of the stick, as are pay scale doesn’t go up yet the factory times go down

There is no way for a first time heavy line tech to do this repair in the labor time listed
