The labor times for theses engine replacement are ridiculous where I live rust is a major factor i have to deal with when replacing these engines

It will cost more if technicians feel cheated. think long term as top Technicians are what sells the next vehicle.

Sometimes we technicians run into situations that the labor time doesn't provide extra pay for. It's very difficult to get extra time from a dpsm. Sometimes it's hard enough to make money on warranty times as it is. And cutting the KDS scan tool time down doesn't help matters at all. We all work hard to do what we do and having labor time cut is a slap in the face.

These labor.times are ridiculous and frankly robbing technicians and advisors a proper living. Wen didn't build them, but we have to fix them for nearly nothing

All times are getting smaller and it’s absolutely ridiculous. Except us to do more but no extra time. Hard to make time on most repairs.
