Kia will have no more techs the only way we made any money with though engines now it’s gone I will be leaving in part of this awful thing Kia has done. I hope Kia and Hyundai fall and will never be a car company again

Used to work at Kia/hyundai and knows that the time change is not fair for other tech just starting as a flare tech

What an absolute joke. You get what you pay for and in the long term, it’s your customers who get hurt and buy from you competitors for their next vehicle

Currently a kia tech. Paid purley by flat rate slashing time does nothing but make techs loose intrested in staying with the company.

Automotive industry needs to do better as a whole. Absolutely disgusting to only pay a tech 5 hours to replace an engine
