Between fail launch of STUI and this, lots of wasted time I and others are not gonna make back. Thanks for making 2020 even harder for the overworked "essential" personnel.

Kia labor times are getting out of hand. These engine labor times are a blatant insult. Also when is comes to other op codes i don't understand how you can pay .5 for replacing on side but if you replace both sides its like 7 tenths when already established doing one is .5 doing both should be 1 hour. Get it together

Honestly I wondered why they did not show the labor times initially on the revised version of the campaign. Once I saw the times I knew exactly why... It was going to upset a lot of technicians. Bad enough most the labor times for their warranty items are low already. But once they slashed the rates on the engines I felt that was beyond messed up. Im losing faith in kia as a long term career.

As a Toyota Tech this is enough to make me mad. There is no excuse to be cutting technician this hard on their hard labor.

The techs work hard for there money and times are tough and your going to squeeze them because you had no quality control on the machining process in georgia......no problems with the korean made engines maybe hire competent trustworthy inspectors that know the job and stop cutting corners. Thank you.

Especially during a pandemic, shame on them for taking money away from the techs and advisors.
