It’s not fair that they cut the labor time down and added more work to it.

I've been a Kia master tech for years and this is totally unfair to us.

I’ve worked for Hyundai for almost 3 years and seen my technicians get ripped off by the fact Hyundai pays them very little to replace engines under this. It’s not fair. They deserve more.

As a fellow factory technician I find it very disappointing that already low labor times are further reduced. This is a catalyst for careless repair and customer dissatisfaction.

It ain’t right that kma has a Corporation researching development team should cut technicians time on Pi1802 Dash Pi1803 is a lot that we do or what you ask of us to do that is so time consuming it’s not right and it’s not fair we are in the ones in the trenches doing all this hard work for you as a corporation to do so and I don’t know if it’s because of Budget cost by you’re doing this but it’s not fair....

This dealership has been the reason for my 3 previous Hyundais. The service of Ray Maldonado, irving Velasquez., Emily, Michael Hopkins, mykayla springer, Cedric. Jacob, Anthony, antonio etc... the list goes on should be rewarded with one of the best and most caring dealerships ever.

I worked at Generation Kia in Bohemia and low labor times caused techs to preform poor work

Kia tech since 2012, worst labor times of any manufacturer ever.

This is one of the reasons I left Hyundai for another manufacturer. They keep taking from the techs and it is getting harder and harder to make a living.
