Stop penalizing us for being efficient we spent thousands on tools to be able to beat the time and come up but with these times we are barely braking even. A new tech struggles to make any money until they do the same engines 3 or 4 times so they can learn the procedure.

hyundais labor times across the bord are theft to technicians. hyundai and kia both need to increase their labor times and address their technician retention problem

T3G old labor time was low already 6 hr is too low. Also psuhing cars in and out when pa decides to decline a video because resolution is not good enough. And pushing again if is a short block and we need to send heads to the machine shop

I have worked for Hyundai a total of a 16 years and kia now for 4 and recently the video released showing a tech changing the motor is unreal it shows him unbolting and removing an 1803 campaign motor and then reinstalling the same engine after not changing anything over to a new motor in 3.5hrs what a joke !

Its stealing time from mechanics in a flat rate system....no emotion here its stealing from mechanics who support their product.......for now...

I agree labor times have been drastically cut and we have to do the bearing clearance test now too.

Lts times being dropped is insane and with all the documentation and jumping through hoops for engine approvals is ridiculous especially at the current op time I’ve spent 3.5-4 hours to just get an engine authorization even when documentation provided is sufficient according to current tsb then pa requests further diagnosis and or documentation NOT listed in bulletin. Hyundai/ Kia think a little about the technicians and their family! Ask yourself if you would be willing to go through everything we do for the pay you give us!

Kia LTS is ridiculously low, no way to test, R&R an engine, ECU update, test drive, paperwork etc.

Hyundai's mentality on this promotes hacking their cars together worse than the factory did and will only result in defamation of the brand in the long run.
