TO: THE INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD OF PHI ALPHA DELTA LAW FRATERNITY, INTERNATIONAL
We, the undersigned, alumni members of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International residing and/or doing business in or near the State of Minnesota, respectfully petition the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International to grant a charter in the name of The Minnesota Statewide Alumni Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
We agree to be bound by the International Constitution and By-Laws of the Fraternity and the rules and regulations of the International Executive Board as they may be promulgated from time to time.

The International Executive Board can no longer ignore the clear demand coming from Minnesota alumni. This surge in support proves we are ready to organize and they need to approve our charter immediately.

Glad to see some momentum finally building for a minnesota alumni group. Hope we get the charter approved soon.
