Too much commercial property has already invaded the historic district with no thoughts to lack of parking. NO to the enth degree

The neighborhood already has an over abundance of inns and short-term vacation rentals (STVR), which challenge the residental character of the neighborhood. A variance to the newly established zoning ordinances (NewZO), would defeat the purpose of the ordinances to preserve neighborhood chacater and quality of life. An Assembly Hall goes far beyond inns and STVRs. Additionally, neighborhood parking is already challenged by new residental building in the area and increased use of Forsyth Park. An Assembly Hall would made the parking situation unsupportable. Please support the intent of NewZO and deny the requested variances.

NO NO NO to granting "The Whitman" the variances. The noise from the blaring bands and drunk party goers is annoying enough. Adding to an already existing parking issue is inexcusable on the part of the city. The local taxpayers should come first.

NewZO regulations are set to preserve neighborhoods from encroachments like this party house. It does not allow an Assembly Hall in the D-R zone.

A party venue in a residential neighborhood? The negative effects are too numerous to count. Just say NO.

I am against allowing "The Whitman " holding these large & loud & parking HOG events. This is not a property or a neighborhood that should have such venues. I am counting on my government to recognize how bad this reflects on the quality of life of the few remaining citizens in this area. The revenue to the owner pales in consideration with rights of citizens. Remember WE VOTE! This should be very clear given the recent election results. Citizen rights come FIRST !
