My next step involves presenting these concerns directly to the department head to discuss a more reasonable accommodation.

please extend considering the volume of the courses and closely scheduled exam dates. thanks
It is very difficult to cover the portion since there is only two days gap in between the exams date as the new schedule.

To be honest with every one I am not looking for one day. If the rescheduling is doesn't create major problem with the instructor, the department and other stakeholders It would be very supportive if I/we get a one week time from the first exam date. That is on the 21st of July.
