I totally agree with this petition. I also would like to suggest that if the city absolutely believes the streets need sweeping than given the minimal amount of debris on the streets why not just have street sweeping once a month on the 1st Monday of each month for example. This would save the city a bundle and save the residents a lot of unneeded aggravation.

All parking tickets which were issued to homeowners should be refunded. Our City Council make uninformed decisions and the local homeowners have to suffer.

My 79-year-old mother has lived in her house for 56 years and has never had to worry about what side of the street she parks on. The streets have always stayed well-maintained and have never been a problem. Now she has to move her car, or face being fined. Totally unnecessary! I also live in Torrance an am inconvenienced by this.
