This will bring more traffic to an already very busy area not to mention compromise the safety of many children who walk and ride their bikes to nearby schools as well as wait for the bus!!

The property site is too small and the location is too congested for commercial development. This parcel needs to remain residential.

No to any commercial zoning for this area.

Traffic is already far too heavy in this area. Area should remain residential and is not suitable for commercial use. I question building a memory care facility adjacent to a school most questionable. The traffic maintaining this commercial facility as well as the visitors/staff/ emergency services should not be adjacent to a school. Zoning should remain residential and I reject any proposal to rezone 10401 and 10431 Prosperity Farms Rd lots.

This is an inappropriate place to rezone to Commerical C1-A as the size of the property is small and will create an egress problem onto Prosperity Farms Rd. It should remain low density residential R1.

The area of Allamanda Drive and Prosperity Farms Road already is impassable during school hours due to high traffic. This would add unacceptable congestion. Plus, a vote for placing a largely memory care facility next to an elementary school and so close to a hazardous canal would be equivalent to a vote of incompetence on the part of town officials.

If the Village Council doesn't protect it's residents from spot rezoning, what do they do for us?

There is no reason to spot zone a parcel totally in an R1 zoning area to C1-A There is no need in the area for this type of facility
