I'm against the rezoning of this property because of the increase in traffic and crime, the danger to school children walking to and from Allamanda and the BAK, Dreyfoos and Suncoast bus stops. If this passes, what property will N. Palm rezone to commercial next? The residents surrounding Prosperity Farms Road will have to deal with a bustling commercial strip. And if you monitor traffic for a survey be sure to do the survey in the middle of the winter season when the traffic increases greatly.

I do NOT approve of this rezoning. NO COMMERCIAL properties should be allowed on this parcel. It should be restricted to residential properties ONLY!!!!

No, I absolutely do NOT want the zoning to be changed to commercial for an ALF or any business.
