NPB is a wonderful place to live and raise our families. Our village is the result of some of the finest community planning by our local leaders. We already have a great balance of both residential and commercially zoned areas. It would be a mistake to consider this proposed change of our residential character. All of the home owners and tax payers bought our homes here because of this excellent balance. We love our community just the way it is and we do not want our residential areas changed to commercial zoning for the financial benefit of few. This property is residential and it needs to stay residential. We need our Leaders to stand strong and support our residential way of life. No to rezoning!

Please do not change this residential parcel to commercial, IT DOES NOT FIT THE AREA. Million dollar houses to North - 2Plus Million to the East and all single family homes to the south. This is and should stay residential! This facility should be in an area that would have less impact. Contrary to their presentation, it will have a big impact on the area. Children in danger of delivery trucks, ambulances, visitors and employee change of shifts. Traffic, Traffic!. Welfare of patients. (I'm sure the nursing homes who lost patients to drowning promised their patients family's that their loved ones were safe also). School bus stop right their. What would stop the tear down of houses and more requests for commercial buildings on Prosperity Farms. NO, DO NOT ALLOW>

the Village Planning Commission and Council must reject the rezoning of the lots 10401/10431. The area should remain residential and is not appropriate for commercial use. The area will create much heavier traffic, create issues with school traffic and safety of students, impact passage of emergency vehicles which utilize Prosperity Farms Road and Burns Road. Added traffic, parking, employees and medical services needed for this commercial purpose will only increase what is already a very busy traffic route. No for the rezoning.

This small parcel should stay zoned residential to be compatible with the surrounding area.

There's enough vacant commercial space in North Palm Beach that there is no reason to rezone residential!

The traffic in this area is already terrible when school is in session. During this time there is a serious safety issue regarding the ability of emergency vehicles to gain access to Siena Oaks. The area is clearly residential and there is no justification in the analysis the board is to apply to allow the proposed zoning change.

Traffic problems already exist with school; this would be a terrible site for a commercial building.

This is NOT a commercial area. It is a residential area. There is no need to rezone just to satisfy someone's financial need. This is not the area for such a facility since it is already congested with traffic with the school nearby. What is the dire need that would cause the town to make such a drastic change in the zoning to take place? If they need a commercial lot, please have them look at the property located on the northwest corner of Donald Ross and Rte 1.

No to rezoning Prosperity Farms Rd. for the following reasons: 1) Too much traffic in that area 2) Negative impact on residential area 3) Need to protect habitat for Nature Preserve area 4) Noise from fire rescue that will be frequently there 5) Area not large enough to support necessary building and parking that will be needed. 6) School and bus traffic already difficult in morning and afternoon.
