Traffic cannot be routed through Wynford Place to Ten Ten Rd, it simply is not feasible to exit to Ten Ten now, even with the added stoplight and is not capable of supporting this kind of traffic situation. Well water is also a serious concern as well as wildlife preservation in the natural habitat adjacent to Landsburg Dr

I am opposed to this subdivision. I am even more OPPOSED to the fact that traffic from that subdivision will be routed past my home on what is now a dead end street. Okamato St. is barely wide enough to accommodate two cars going in opposite directions!! The amount of noise and cars speeding on our once quiet street will be terrible. I am sure Okamato St. was NOT designed for more than 20 cars a day. The added traffic will cause residents on Okamato St. to have to yield to traffic from this proposed subdivision before we can enter or exit our driveways. I am also concerned about a buffer. Our street is currently overrun with deers of all ages because of all the woods currently being cleared across the railroad track from us. The poor animals including possums, raccoons, and birds are going to be misplaced again to our subdivision.

We are very concerned about any new large scale developments on current non developed land. The quality and safety of our communities, roads, and families will be impacted greatly by allowing this type of development. We do not feel that adequate consideration and investigation has been completed to ensure that there is not a negative impact on the existing eco system and the surrounding communities. We are against the proposed development of this land.

As a younger driver it’s already different to pull out of my neighborhood. Having an extra 200 plus drivers trying to leave the neighborhood will put added stress on all drivers especially younger drivers like myself.

Traffic in a neighborhood of only 34 homes with the road already in need of repair will have a negative impact as well as more traffic going out onto 10/10 Road that is already So overpacked all day long.

I am against this re-zoning request! Please protect our Eagle Ridge community against the negative impact this development will have.

We don't need the traffic through neighborhood. The streets will not handle the extra traffic safely.

The plan presented does not appear to be in the best interest of the Town. I believe growth is good but it must be mindful and well thought out.

My wife and I brought our home to avoid the heavy traffic and population. Having that many additional homes will only add to the already existing traffic getting in and out the community. Please don't allow this to happen just for investors to make money at the expense of the homeowners. I've been in EgaleRidge since 2006!

Will the developers pay to widen roads?

I like the secluded nature of the area and I don’t want it to become too crowded.

The impact of Increased traffic, water quality disturbances, and effect on existing home prices must be examined and addressed more thoroughly.

The traffic we already have needs to be addressed and fixed before adding anymore construction, homes, or retail to the area. We also need high quality of homes coming into the area not lower cost quick cookie cuter homes.
