That site plan should be in the dictionary under 'poorly conceived dystopian nightmare housing development.' I am certain that it at least crossed the minds of the developers to try to fit a few units on the railroad tracks. OPPOSED, full stop.

The proposed neighborhood would affect our household as we are close to South Mountain neighborhood and Okamato street. The traffic in this area is already very bad and this will make it worse. Until the roads are more conducive to the growing population, I do not support more houses being built.

The density of this development is a significant concern. Recent, and in progress development, has already overloaded infrastructure capacity such as roads and water supply. Some neighborhood roads, such as Seastone St, have already required speed humps. Any additional load placed on Okamato St or South Mountain Dr would further overwhelm those roads as well as require additional speed humps for safety.

I am petitioning this development. Public infrastructure in this area is not adequate for current traffic loading.

Okamato is almost too narrow for 2 vehicles to pass through. No way to handle the flow of traffic that will be speeding through. Leave our 22 houses out of your solution. Stay out of our community and off our PRIVATE road!

I do not want Landsburg Dr as an access point and the environmental impact on our water table and the loss of trees in such a condensed construction area is irresponsible.

Old Stage and Ten Ten traffic is already heavily congested and before 540 completion. Five developments have been completed or are under construction in the area. Several of these were approved by the town of Fuquay which has long tentacles. Look at the traffic in that town!
Please be willing to step back from this extremely problematic development plan.

This development would destroy valuable old-growth forest and wetland ecosystems at a time when we need to reverse the trend of deforestation for the long-term health of our communities. A rezoning is not in the best interest of local stakeholders and the well-being of their families.

I am concerned about the lack of natural buffer zone between new houses and the already traffic filled commutes getting worse.

Adding 161 homes to an already over burdened area is a terrible idea.

Too many concerns with too little information provided by the Developer. More construction leads to more issues in this area.
