When can we stop focusing on money and focus on the problems with traffic Spring Hill already has? Stop bringing in more people until we can accommodate the growth. I dread driving down 31 and will take any other possible way to avoid it.

I think if these condos will take place, then traffic will be VERY Bad in that area.

There is too much construction going on in Spring Hill. We need better access in and out before anymore homes go up. It takes a half hour just to get to Thompson's station church. It's ridiculous.

The infrastructure along with Port Royal Rd and Kroger cannot handle the increase in traffic from an additional 1,200 cars.

I am writing to express my opposition to the suggested change in zoning of the property in the front section off Ray Williams Drive from Cottages and Villas to a 670 condo project.

I am writing to express my concern about the proposed project of 670 condos in the front section of the neighborhood off Ray Williams Drive. This is not the best use of the land and goes against the original zoning for cottages and villas. As a resident of Williams Park I fear that this will bring in too much traffic to the area.

I'm signing this in opposition to this development. This uncontrolled growth has to stop until the infrastructure can support it. Unfortunately with our current administration, they have a record of upzoning properties for higher densities which equal more traffic. Please good people of Spring Hill, research your candidates and get out the vote. It's the only way to keep developments like this happening. Let's take back our town.

Spring Hill is already overcrowded with no infrastructure!! With each new home there is always several more cars on the road. Sure wish someone would actually PLAN this out first. We need a foundation or Spring Hill will tumble.

Enough with the high density development! A city with roads filled with hundreds of potholes and overcrowded key thoroughfares does not need more development.

The impact of this many residential units in an already-congested area cannot be underestimated. The area around Port Royal Road and Commonwealth cannot sustain this level of development! Please do not approve this! It will affect the quality of life for everyone who already purchased property and invested in this community. Thank you for your time.
