No more condos. Infrastructure can't handle it.

I oppose building condos in the property off of Ray Williams as the traffic will create a significant impact to the Williams Park subdivision residents and the overall congestion of the Port Royal Rd intersection with Duplex Rd and the area in general.

Our backyard backs up to this property. I moved out of my last house because they built 3 story apartments behind me. I purchased this lot because nobody was behind me. Spring Hill needs to stop doing this in people's backyards.

The infrastructure on this side of town is barely able to handle current residents. Adding additional single family homes is bad enough but placing MORE high density dwellings will cause absolute grid lock.
