I totally agree, I mean cobb had enough road work going on to back up traffic for miles. We have plenty of neighborhoods and shopping to keep us busy for the rest of our lives. Instead of building more, why don't we upgrade the things we already have and make them better? Instead of building a whole new one. Keep the beauty of Ga, otherwise one day it'll be gone. And I am not some tree hugging crazed person but I do think some things are only for profit and completely senseless.

Not every square inch in Cobb County needs to be developed.
If allowed, that development will just be one more nail in the coffin that buries the unique quality of life in West Cobb.

I strongly object to the currently proposed rezoning on the property on Burnt Hickory Rd near Dominion Christian School. Additional housing construction will certainly only dilute the value of the the surrounding area, especially as we lead into a housing slowdown. From an aesthetic standpoint, families chose this area as their home specifically because it was not overdeveloped, like East Cobb. The natural green space of this and other properties make West Cobb a great place to live. Please deny the zoning request. Regards, David Whitley

Please, no. I have a student at Dominion. The traffic on Burnt Hickory at Lost Mountain is challenging. Even worse trying to turn in either direction on Acworth Due West in the mornings. Don't let greed negatively impact the distinct look and feel of one of the last beautiful frontiers in Cobb County. Please.

The traffic at Burnt Hickory and the various Due-Wests is already intolerable. There is no valid justification for increasing density.

Cobb County government please learn to stop building epidemicly. Leave what green space/farm land that's left alone. Preserve the beautiful areas that are a very important part of this county.
This would be tragic.
