It is entirely not the right space for this type of development. There is already SO MUCH TRAFFIC on Due West Road, and our schools are already at maximum capacity. Please do not take away from the families of this area by overcrowding this beautiful space.

Please do NOT rezone this property. The developers only intention is to make as much money as possible without a thought to the negative impact to those who already call this area home.

Please do not rezone. The traffic and school systems will be drastically impacted

One of the reasons we chose this area, was the few remaining farms/green spaces. Not only will this rezoning take away the look and feel of our area, but introduce a cluttered subdivision and yet MORE traffic!

No rezoning on lot sizes, keep green spaces and scenic highway designations

Please do not rezone. The nature of west Cobb and the quality of life will go down with increased traffic, population density and lead to lower property values.

Please, no more clear cutting and stress on our already maxed out infra-structures.

The impact in the already bad traffic and loss of green space seem to have been forgotten in the decision making process.

No way on more houses being build in NW Cobb.
