We are against the rezoning to a higher density residential lots. Our preference would be for a park. Also need to complete sidewalk on street For safety.

The property is supposed to a park which is greatly needed to balance out the sprawl that has already occurred in the immediate vicinity.

This property should stay R-30 since everything else around it is r-30. It is not consistent with the surrounding properties.

Neighborhoods are being approved without the appropriate inter structure to accommodate the added number of people/cars that will be using our roads.

With as many homes for sale in this area that currently exist, this proposal seems to be nothing more than an opportunity to fill someone's pockets with money. The homes are not needed! Do the demographics. With that said, I see the lot size is being changed to a smaller lot so that tells me "squeeze the houses together" which is just a horrible look!! Very sad to see this type of neighborhood being considered at all.

CC Board of Commissioners should drive for few days during rush hours to see the current traffic conditions during this hours. Widening part of Withlock Rd and the bottle neck it near the square is not a solution as to the fact Barret 3 lanes each way and then bottle neck at intersection of Dallas hww.

West Cobb is full. It's perfect just the way it is. Why does the planning commission allow greedy out-of-state developers to keep pooping out pop-up neighborhoods in our area? We don't want to be Marietta or Smyrna.

Schools in this area are already over-crowded. Too many cars on the roads. We moved here because of the expansive pastures, and large home sites. Stop adding more homes to our area. We do not want to look like East Cobb!

There are way too many home for the infrastructure that is presently in place!

Unless the commissioners change the out of control of development with no regard to infrastructure, we will be strangled by traffic. I moved from East Cobb to escape the traffic nightmare. My next vote for commissioner will be anti the people who are allowing this to continue. Get a grip!!!

Building is getting out of hand and we are becoming increasingly saturated. If we cannot cap it. I will personally go to HUD and ask why they are not here too?:) Savvy.

Please do NOT destroy this part of West Cobb. It is too beautiful. The Commissioners need to get a handle on all of this expansion.
