Please do not rezone. the traffic is already horrible in the morning and pretty much throughout the rest of the day .our area needs to be preserved .there is so many subdivisions going up around us our area as well as large shopping centers .please do not rezone

Do we have to ruin ALL the land in Cobb County? Imagine the value these large horse properties will have when there is nothing but high density in the rest of the county.

We need to expand the roads to ease congestion in West Cobb before adding any additional subdivisions, especially one with more homes due to smaller lots.

I love West Cobb. I'm sure that the county planners are aware of the subdivisions going in on Hadaway, Paul Samuel, Stilesboro, Mars Hill. Approximately 300 plus homes in 2 person working families equates to at least 600 cars driving down Burnt Hickory, Stilesboro, Hadaway,Paul Samuel, Barrett Parkway and all of the feeder streets to I 75.
If you have to build, put the homes on at least several acres per home. You'll get your tax money and there would be a compromise in keeping green space and our sanity with all of the impending traffic from the aforementioned.

Please don't approve this! The traffic is already so dangerous for the high school kids!! All of our schools are already crowded! Poor planning! Don't make it worse!
