Please do not ruin the lives of people who live on Burnt Hickory Rd. The traffic and lot size will literally ruin the feel and look of this beautiful piece of West Cobb.

Please don't do this. It will destroy the atmosphere that is great about West Cobb. Our little curvy two lane roads already add too much commute time with the traffic we have and classrooms have twice the number of students they had 14 years ago and with no teacher assistant. The county's first obligation is to the residents it already has, new Brave's Stadium or not!

This rezoning attempt to R-20 OSC does not meet the spirit and intent of the zoning and is purely to increase density and profits for the builder while placing the damaging effects on those living in West Cobb. R-30 fits with the already established surrounding communities and limits the exploitation of OSC zoning.

Reducing the lots sizes to fit double the amount of homes in the development is absolutely against what the citizens of this community desire. Quality of community should out weigh deepening the pockets of developers and builders.

By rezoning this area will cause a great already traffic congested west cobb. See how just get from here to Smynra Ga every day to work takes 1hr and half to 2hrs sitting traffic. You don't want fix traffic problems and repair roads also any kind public transportation you block at every turn. You need to wake hell up.

Deny this rezoning!! The roads out here are not built to accommodate all of the new subdivisions that are going in and it is already getting very congested with traffic. Not to mention we are losing much of the green space. Additionally, I feel the West Cobb Community as a whole is beginning to lose the charm and nature feel that has existed here over the years - we have many new subdivisions going in already - we do not need more.
