We live 2 miles from this property and 4 miles from Harrison High. It takes us 30 mins most times of day to drive anywhere in our area. Our roads are not sufficient for the amount of density we already have!

We need a moratorium until the county address overcrowding of schools, excessive road congestion and requires all new development to pay infrastructure fees. Otherwise we are subsidizing this development with our taxes.

R-30 zoning is more than adequate for that area and fits with existing zoning. Higher density is the default request by any developer. This request should be denied.

We drive this way to daycare every morning, and my son loves it every time the cows are out. This is an absolutely beautiful area, and does not need a dense neighborhood.

That area is one of the prettiest in West Cobb. Rezoning it would be a terrible mistake. Plus traffic in West Cobb is bad enough with all the new neighborhoods being built.

The traffic in this area is already ridiculous. My commute to and from Buckhead from Hadaway Road has already increased by an hour over the last five years. Please stop rezoning.

This rezoning is not at all consistent with the area. It is one of the most beautiful areas of west Cobb and this would not be an improvement.

Any reduction in lot sizes is unacceptable and would destroy the quality and value of all property. It would overcrowd schools and roads with undesirable traffic.
