We moved here 3 years ago and one of the reasons we loved the area was because of all the land and animals and it has changed dramatically and not for the better in the past year or 2. The traffic is going to keep getting worse and schools overcrowded and it's just sad all of these developments keep getting approved with no one thinking or caring about this.

Please consider all the ramifications of re-zoning this property . An R-20 re-zoning would have too many very negative consequences to our community! I support growth that is consistant with our community. Please vote no.

we do not need more homes and/or subdivisions along Burnt Hickory. people move(d) here to escape the intense traffic congestion of other parts of the city. More homes will make Burnt Hickory a parking lot at certain times of the day/night.
It is very important to retain the charm and value of the surrounding community by NOT created a pocket of new home that clearly do not fit, and do not benefit our neighborhoods and schools in the area.

Rezoning this parcel is not serving the people of Cobb county. Please don't allow large developers to change good neighborhoods just to increase their profits at the expense and lifestyle of current residents.

I'm voicing my opposition for rezone Z101. We moved to this area for the open land and minimal population. Leaving the land as open space or a park will increase home and real estate value. Please consider the consequences to increasing the population in an area where road infrastructure isn't equipped to handle an excess amount of traffic. Your decision will cause an irreversible overpopulated effect on the area. Thank uou for listening and taking into consideration the people who live in the area.
