Please do not pass this ordinance, it is not needed here in Eden Prairie. A point of sale inspection is meant for cities with older housing stock like St Louis Park or Bloomington. The housing stock in Eden Prairie is well kept and to new for such an ordinance.

When you impoose this sort of oversight on selling cars, then parhaps we can agree on this. Seller is selling house as is, it should be up to buyers to find out what he is buying and how much is he paying for it. Not the City!
