This is an unnecessary and overreaching attempt by our local government. Please refocus your efforts, City Council, on things that make our city a better place for residents, rather than pursuing unnecessary and burdensom projects like Point-of-Sale inspection program.

Enough Gov. intrusion! From the White House all the way to my outhouse there's the hand of big government!

Not needed in our community> I can see cities that have many rental/landlord properties where there are issues with keeping up to codes. Besides, if this ordinace is passed, homeoweners would start renting out their homes to avoid this government intrusion. This

This is a redundant, wasteful, and unnecessary added expense for the homeseller.

I am opposed to the Point-of-Sale Ordinance. This is unnecessary and just further government interference in processes that have been working fine.

this is unnecessary. Buyers have an Inspection on homes prior to contract acceptance. This is just another avenue for EP to collect a few dollars and is hard on sellers.

Please do not pass this new regulation. It is an unnecessary duplication and intrusion into a private real estate transaction.
