Do not put this anywhere near residential communities. These are peoples lives at stake. They must come before the money that lined your pocket.

This does not belong in a residential area, nor near a major highway! Long Island does not have a hazmat team and the fire dept is against this as well

These lithium battery storage and recycling facilities do not belong in residential areas. Our fire departments can not protect our communities and even they say NO WAY.. Brookhaven town can not approve this disaster and our town leaders need to see our disapproval and NEVER approve this project.

This is an unnecessary risk with little benefit to the rest of the surrounding town and schools, Volunteer firefighters shouldn’t have to bear the burden of unnecessary health risks and job hazards with no added benefit as we don’t even know long term exposure risks yet.

There are no shelter in place or safe evacuation plans when these blow up! Lithium batteries are built to explode, and when they explode, it causes the thermal run away that cannot be put out with water. All of this energy is inferior to what we already have and can’t carry the payload. We are destroying our beautiful earth so high equity investors can continue to make fortunes on our working class backs. These monstrosities don’t belong anywhere near residential, business or farm communities. Tell AI data centers and big business. They need to go supply their own energy and stop taxing us.

these facilities do not belong where they are being located . NO ONE has been asked if they approve these facilities besides the vested interests.
