Who is getting all the money from this facility? Is it going to reduce the taxes of the regular West Seneca taxpayer? Or is it just lining the pockets of the Elite in West Seneca? And who is going to pay if there is ever a catastrophic fire?

If you fly with anything containing a lithium battery, it can't be put in checked luggage. In fact it can't even go in the overhead bin as a carry on rather it must be placed in the one that fits under the seat in front of you. Why? In case it starts on fire. If such precautions are taken for such little batteries, what exactly are the precautions for these large storage areas? Given the fact that such fires are toxic, such precautions better be proven to be 100% effective over a long period of time. Not willing to be a guinea pig just to support solar & wind energy that STILL has yet to be proven effective & efficient... esp when better, cheaper, & truly green energy exists. Be forward thinking, West Seneca. Research small scale nuclear energy. This will be a major energy supply of the future. It's safer than nuclear power plants with smaller footprint. May make it possible for our community to break away from NYSEG & supply our own power. In the meantime, do not want these battery facilities (which will soon be obsolete) in our backyards.

How in the world have our leaders decided this is good for West Seneca? What is being done lately to our ecosystem and green space is unconscionable. It compromises and threatens the residents and ecosystem of the Town of West Seneca and Erie you. You are doing the opposite of why I voted for you.
