I have safety concerns with is proposal.

a 250 foot setback from residential properties and a 500 foot set back for schools is not adequate. Also, should use a brown field site AND not destroy any trees

Battery suppression foam systems cause cancer if breathed in. Is Union Fire hall and Winchester Fire Hall both getting bigger buildings and more fire fighting gear to suppress theses highly hazardous electric fining conditions.

There are enough unused buildings throughout the area. Maybe look into something that doesnt require destruction of nature.

There are better places to build and not in a residential neighborhood. Like NYS governor Kathy back yard!
