The real crime is what happened in Latin America back in day, taking advantage. I speak from experience. Minor league coaches and players are nothing more than chatell and a necessary evil. The teams pay lip service but don't buy.

It isn’t asking too much - even this proposal isn't enough for these players

With the minimal impact this would have on the major league teams, this is a no-brainer!!!

There should be a minimum of 25,000 per yr beside being paid for Spring Training and also have a off season allocation for workouts and training, there is truthfully no reason this shoild not be allowed

Fiscally easier to be done than what the owners are making it seem and will affect these players lives much more than the owners think.

Should be even more than $15,000! Minor league players devote their life to the game and barely receive enough in compensation to afford to live. Meanwhile, guys in the MLB can go out and sign $400 million deals. Imagine what even $100 million of that would do if it were distributed to the minor leagues!

These guys are expected to make an organizations top prospects look better by being RBIs or keeping ERAs low. It is ridiculous they are paid so poorly.

They are employees of a billion dollar industry. Professional minor league athletes deserve wages and benefits like any full time employee in our country.

I worked for the Houston Astros as a teacher for 10 years. The pay these guys earn is criminal. It’s time to overturn the America’s Favorite Past Time Act, which makes this form of labor exploitation legal.

Minor league players deserve better wages and to be paid for the time they spend on baseball activities. Ideally, there would also be a Professional Baseball Players Association to advocate for them

They bring so much joy to the communities they play for. Pay them a fair wage.

It's a shame that the Minor League players can't make a decent living. Pay them .
