I use to work in the MLB for a team. I loved it, but the teams have so much money which is often spent on the most unimportant things. This money could be better used. While I love my job and working in sports, it disturbs me seeing how much money flows into teams and how little of that is given back to its minor players, who are the entire futures of these organizations and the reason they exist. I have so many friends in the minor leagues and the amount of talent they have while getting paid little to nothing is insane and exploitative. I love baseball, but it needs to do better. It wouldn’t exist without these players.

Dominican summer league players get hit 150 a week that is total abuse and that is not enough to resupply food and pay rent.

I am a firm believer of a higher salary for my Milb players. I have helped players for the past 16 years and I will keep on helping everyday.

It's outrageous that MiLB players are compensated at such a pittance. I implore, for the overall good of the game, MLB to compensate its minor leaguers so that the players can train and work to their best advantage--for themselves and their organizations. It's the right thing to do.

Expecting grown adults to survive on annual wages as low as $7500 a year is unconscionable! Raise the minimum wage to at least double this

Minor leaguers should not have to miss meals, or take a 2nd Job to make living. While MLB Teams are making Billions of dollars .
