As a long-time supporter(and employee) of LE, I have always felt marginalized by being constantly referred to by the pronouns "she" and "her" when being referred to as a customer. "We know she loves shopping for the family". "We need to speak her language by giving her the product she needs." "She's a loyal customer with an average spend of $100." Who's talking to me?
