Please keep Murphy Candler natural!
We have Blackburn Park for large events, Why disturb all the wildlife and serenity of this park? It is a crime to destroy more trees and habitat for wildlife! Why do we need paved walkways or roads?

This is a great, open grass-area. Idea for laying out a blanket and enjoying the forest. The stage, power and access for groups needs to be at County Corner

There are plenty of places to build amphitheaters in Atlanta that don't involve destroying cherished green space and a one of a kind natural resource in all of Atlanta.

Murphey Candler is a great place for wildlife. Let's keep it wild and not add an amphitheater and a road!

Murphey Candler's natural beauty and wildlife is irreplaceable. We need what nature provides and not an amphitheater. Leave the park alone!

The only thing MC Park needs is to be left as the great natural green space that it is. No park could be less in need of this type of "improvement." Ampitheaters may belong in other parks, but one certainly does not belong in this great park, which is all about nature.

This is the wrong location for an amphitheater.

This is a redundant and unnecessary project, and environmentally destructive. How did this change from “open space field” to the very thing the public didn’t want (an amphitheater/event space)? And the cost?!! It’s out of control! Stop removing trees! Preserve the natural peace of this area. This petition is the current, compelling input to COB that has been missing!

This amphitheater does not belong in this park. Preferably put it in the future town center, like what Peachtree Corners and Duluth have done.

We don't need an amphitheatre in MCP. It needs to remain a natural area as it currently is with trees and not parking.
