Matt Brown was a great coach and an outstanding teacher. He made a difference in my son's life in the two years he spent with Matt Brown. He never gave up on making a difference in young people on the field or in the classroom even though he was terminally Ill. He brought Philo Soccer into existence and relevance. There is no question that the soccer field should be named after him. I fully support this endeavor and it is the right thing to do!

Matt Brown was a great teacher & coach. He has a huge impact on a lot of the students, players & faculty. Matt Brown will always be remembered and nobody else deserves to have their name representing the Philo soccer field besides him.
