I live in California and own balis, but I can't legally carry them on me outside of my house. Balisongs being banned in any state is absolutely rediculous and I hope we can change it.

It should definitely be legalized and should be seen the same way we see knife juggling which is, last time I checked, not illegal.

Most people just flip it and some people do work and if u can't use it for work how are u suppose to get it done if that's the only knife you have

If switchblades are illegal then why can't these be legal? Most people don't even use them for dangerous purposes. They just look amazing and are fun to flip.

I have been flipping balisongs for almost a year and i edc alot. I have never harmed anyone. They are more sharp toys then weapons

This should be updated to state that they should be legal to carry as well.

Let's say you cut yourself with a balisong, and you make it illegal to flip in that state. It is the exact same thing if someone was driving under the influence, are you going to take cars away too. Balisongs should be legal in every country and let the owner make his or her decisions as they choose.

They are no more dangerous then other knives. I can open my folder just as easily.
