I definitely agree with this proposal, and at odds with the Anonymous guy. The comments said "don't care about insecure feeling". We can't guarantee the health and safety of everyone, so the best thing to do is let everyone stay at home which is also the government hoping.

尊敬的各位领导你们好，我是上海美高国际学校的一名学生，最近疫情监测数据反映，疫情有再次回升的趋势，我提议再次进入网课状态，在2020年年初，我们学校确实有实施过网课制度。在网课期间，大家的成绩都有所提升，也学会了熟悉运用电子设备去听课，并且学生们还培养了自主学习能力，以及自我监管能力。以上我认为，学校应该积极响应国家号召恢复网课状态，杜绝疫情传播。
