The talent, between amateur and professional performers, designers, and managers are plentiful. The community would support such a center and over time, the city could potentially see a growth in revenue from visitors.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to creat a real cultural center here in Laguna Niguel. We've done such a great job with our city hall and Library, let's not blow it all with 200 Condos and the addition of 400 more cars on our streets. As I understand it there would be NO cost to our city to build it. This sounds like a "No Brainer" that would be Great for our city.

A Town Center with a theater/museum is exactly what the city of LN is missing. we have enough new apartments going in by the 73 freeway and we don't need any more!

The LNCC will educate, employ residents and bring business and commerce to Laguna Niguel. The LNCC will increase the value of homes within our city. We don't need more homes in a declining market. The LNCC is a "win-win" for everyone.
