However , I remember when I could see sheep and green fields accosts from where I lived, now there are just homes. We need something in this city that adds culture and history. I don't live in LN, but visit our daughter, son-in-law and grandson often. Adding apartments would negatively imoact the school system even more.

I myself am a performing artist and find that having a culture center filled with art and a theater very beneficial to the youth in the community. I hope this happens, we have enough housing areas, its about time the community gets something to enjoy!!

I had heard that this space was being considered for a cultural arts center. I was excited and thought it would be a great opportunity for Laguna Niguel to have a true town center. A gathering place with educational and entertainment uses. But instead we will get more apartments. Aren't we getting enough of that with the gateway project? Please reconsider this area for the cultural center.
