Laguna Niguel is in great need of a cultural center as suggested by this petition. Apartments do not benefit the cultural need of this beautiful city of Laguna Niguel.A theater/museum better serves this plot of land and keeping a greenbelt of sculptured gardens is much better for the environment. Not only better for the environment but also places Laguna Niguel on the map as a very cultural and environmentally conscious. We do not need more concrete to heat up our beautiful city.
