We have enough new apartments being constructed. A cultural center could be enjoyed by present residents as well as all the new ones that will be coming.

No more housing. No more commercial. Yes cultural. Two cars x 200 residential units = 400 more cars on Crown Valley Parkway, several times a day. Laguna Niguel already has too much traffic from recent residential projects East of I-5 driving Crown Valley to the beaches. And the Laguna Niguel Gateway project will make it even more crowded. Laguna Niguel has lost the pleasant character it once had.
No more apartments needed.
