Between Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, and Mission Viejo, we have enough apartment complexes.

The LNCC would be a fantastic addition to the city of Laguna Niguel. The last thing this city needs is more housing, especially when considering what is already being built on Crown Valley and the 5. Do we really want the first and last things people see in Laguna Niguel to be housing? The LNCC can be iconic and would provide a multitide of benefits to people of all ages in Laguna Niguel and the surrounding area.

I live right in the border of Laguna Niguel, and my Children go to school there. We do not need more apartments, this land should be used for the community. I want our community to be kept at the population it is, our schools are already overcrowded!!

The last thing we need is MORE residents. What adds to the experience of living in the beautiful city of Laguna Niguel is the easy flow of traffic. More residents will not help that. We have enough apartments already. A new cultural center is just what we need.
