We are already a bedroom community with a great mix of apartments, condos and homes. There isn't a need for more housing but a culteral center is missing now that we have our beautiful city hall, this is the perfect addition.

Our city/area would benefit in countless ways from a cultural center verses more apartments. I hope the city would consider what would enrich the residents of this city on a cultural level rather than just look for the easiest to make money. I'm sure that the cultural center will produce income beyond itself (ie. restaurants, retail, etc.). I hope that they would consider the people who make up our community rather than just big business and green paper.
