Not only would the LNCC be a wonderful asset to our community, we need to be mindful of just how much more housing "they" are going to keep "shoving" onto any available piece of land. The traffic is increasing by the day & the 2 new complexes going up on both corners of Crown Valley/Cabot, are eye sores & will make it even more difficult to travel anywhere near or across the 5 fwy.

We do not need any more apartments/condos in Laguna Niguel. We have the development by Taco Bell..the apartments by St. Timothys's Church..Hidden Hills is surrounded by apartments with lots of crime activity. Lots in Rancho Niguel also. More apartments is NOT a wise decision for our city.

When we think about the future of our very desirable city as it is now, we wonder what the impact of those enormous apartment structures on Cabot Rd will be; what their contribution to the town will be. And now, the concept of creating even more of the same does really start to ring the alarm bells. We do not live in Los Angeles or San Bernardino or so many other places, nor do we want or need to create that here. As we think of our own theater and museum right here, that sounds like a step in the right direction - something that is truly needed in this area. Quality of life in Laguna Niguel is our community’s primary consideration. Don’t throw that away.
