When we think about the future of our very desirable city as it is now, we wonder what the impact of those enormous apartment structures on Cabot Rd will be; what their contribution to the town will be. And now, the concept of creating even more of the same does really start to ring the alarm bells. We do not live in Los Angeles or San Bernardino or so many other places, nor do we want or need to create that here. As we think of our own theater and museum right here, that sounds like a step in the right direction - something that is truly needed in this area. Quality of life in Laguna Niguel is our community’s primary consideration. Don’t throw that away.

our Laguna Niguel residents are forced to go to surrounding cites for shopping, entertainment as well as cultural events. With the population and resources we have, this would be a HUGE addition. We definitely do not seem to have a need for more apartments!!!
