Laguna Niguel does not have a city center. Developers should focus on developing cities with a sense of community, not just a collection of houses with an inaginary borderline to constitute a city.

As a Theater Director--I for one feel it would unify Laguna Niguel into a community that celebrates the Arts and open up the children growing up in the surrounding areas and give young to old a place to go to experience and participate the magic of the arts.
