No more housing! Laguna Niguel is congested enough already, but it is seriuosly lacking in Cultural Activities. A center for the performing Arts would be a wonderful addition to Laguna Niguel as would an Art Museum. I am very disapointed in the County's staff that made a decision without consulting the residents of Laguna Niguel. A cultural center would put Laguna Niguel on the map and would provide jobs and oportunities to promote local artists, without adding to the traffic and congestion.

The apratments at Crown Valley and Niguel Road have been undergoing renovation and we have two large apartment buildings at Crown Valley and Cabot. We need a cultural center for our community not more apartment buildings which have not been rented out yet.
