No more housing. I live in the immediate neighborhood and the impact of the residential units would change the neighborhood for the worse. I support a cultural/art center and some restaurants.

I take a lot of pride living and growing up in LN, we dont need anymore housing. Lets make this cultural center to attract people to our city for other reasons than a cookie cutter apartment complex. It would be a disgrace to see that plot of land ruined. More parks and educational for our future generations.

I DO NOT want any type of new housing built on any property within 15 miles of Laguna Niguel City Hall including the open land adjacent to Laguna Niguel City Hall.. I DO support buiilding a cultural center on the 22 acres of open land adjacent to Lagun Niguel City Hall.

The livability index score of LN for civic engagement is a feeble 31 points. We need to have a city center with arts and places to socialize, not more housing.
