This town is turning into condo-central with all of the new construction. Our city fathers need to be more thoughtful about the longterm impact of their decisions instead of the short-term boon in the city's bank account. How this plays out will certainly affect my vote in the next city elections.

Every noteworthy city has a cultural center that separates it from the typical bedroom community.
Laguna Niguel has laid the foundation for a great city center with our handsome City Hall and Library. Building condos on the adjacent property would diminish that promise.

Please, please no more condos/apts. The streets are clogged as is. A cultural center would enrich our lives so much more. Laguna NIguel is such a beautiful city, don't ruin it.

Anything culture driven and interesting is a welcome improvement to more generic condos and apartments. We should be able to enjoy our city instead of driving to Laguna Beach or elsewhere.
