We the undersigned, request the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan, reject any alternative for the undisbursed $380 Million in Cy Pres funds to return to the U.S. Treasury and reject any alternative where the funds do not reach the hands of the intended beneficiaries.

We request Judge Sullivan approve the immediate disbursement of the unclaimed funds or, alternatively, approve the disbursement of the funds to the Keepseagle Lending Foundation to be used to fund a program that provides loans and grants to American Indian farmers and ranchers and to purchase former Indian agricultural lands.

A typing error occurred. I am NOT IN FAVOR of returning the Cy Pres Funds to the U.S. Treasury. I remember my father waiting for hours to meet with USDA representatives in a border town where the white people did not want us in their community. The USDA reps told my father "if you want assistance go to the BIA." He was trying scratch out a living to take of his family. Dad was a Korean War veteran and fought for this country and he was repaid with unresponseive and derogatory comments from U.S. government officials. The claimants deserve payment of the remaining Cy Pres Funds. I am sure many of the other claimant and their families have similar stories of being dehumanized and discriminated against.

These funds should only go to intended beneficiaries either directly or through a lending/grant structure such as this. Any other option would allow USDA to continue the discriminatory practice of denying us access to much needed capital funds.

I believe the funds should go back to the Claimants like myself when i went to the USDA office the person told me they were not lending any money on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation so i never filled out the paper work, and i had to invest my 401k which i lost as a result of not having enough funding to keep my operation going!

Money should go to farmers not to non profits money will be used for other things by the USDA instead of being given to farmers and ranchers who ate native American they will discriminate again like they did before

I am a successful claimant. Why are they holding on to our money. I am still fighting discrimination trying to ranch. Please release our funds.

I agree with everyone that has commented, it should stay being beneficial to the native farmers.

I think the remaining funds should be divided amongst the previous prevailing claims.

I agree with this Petition. The Case has already been settled. The funds were to go to the real Native Farmers/Ranchers.
