This guy repeatedly came to our town and scared multiple girls that are minors. There is no excuse for his behavior and disgusting thinges he said. He is a sick man that should not be able to walk the streets. I am so disappointed in the justice system on this one because he should be behind bars or be in a mental institution and served a true punishment. NOT A SLAP ON THE WRIST!! They just let him out so he can do this to other minor girls in another town.
